Conference & Boardroom Facilities

The venue boasts modern state of the art conference and boardroom facilities which provide for interaction, conversation and collaboration among participants.

The conference facility is conveniently situated within the prestigious La Como Lifestyle Estate alongside Clearwater Business Park, adjacent to OR Tambo International airport in the economic heartland of Ekurhuleni.

The full air-conditioned conference and boardroom facilities can accommodate up to 150 delegates with a variety of seating arrangements as well as equipment and catering options. Break away rooms are also available.

The conference facility is in a tranquil environment with ample free and secure parking.

Seating Arrangements

Different seating arrangement options available for your conference include:

  • Cinema style – 150 guests
  • Banqueting – 80 guests
  • Classroom – 80 delegates
  • Boardroom – 50 delegates

Conference Packages

The conference package cost for the main conference facility will be provided on reply to an enquiry. Half day and full day packages are available. All catering is optional and menus can be tailor made to client requirements.

  • Venue: Charged per person (includes wi-fi, pens, notepads, projector & PA system)
    Bottomless coffee & tea: Available per person
    Bottomless coffee & tea with biscuits: Available per person
    Juice: Available per jug (mango, fruit cocktail, orange, cranberry)
    Welcome drinks: Available per person (selection of cocktails served in champagne glasses)
    Table cloths: Available – charged per table
    Waiter: Required (1 waiter per 20 guests)

Additional Conference Areas

Costs for utilising the Patio Lake, Patio Play and Patio Fountain areas for a conference are:

Venue: Charged per person
Projector and screen hire: Available
Waiters: 10% of bill or minimum charge

The conference facility operating hours are:

  • Monday – Saturday | 08h00 – 18h00
  • Sunday | 08h00 – 15h30

Half day and full day packages are available.
